Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds and do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Resizing
Should you need to resize a piece, e-mail us at hello@empoweredstone.com with the item name, order number, SKU number, and size. Our team will contact you to confirm whether or not we have the stones and materials to complete your request. We cannot guarantee our ability to satisfy every resize request. Resizing shall be subject to a handling and materials fee. Shipping charges will be borne by you, the customer.
